Kindly preserve this receipt carefully as it is essential to produce the same prior to taking delivery of your vehicle after service/repairs. 2. SCAIPL would deliver vehicles only to the person whose signature appear on this service vehicle acceptance form/repair order up to [to 7pm on all working days. 3. The customer would not hold SCAIPL or its employees responsible/liable for any delay in service and/ or repair and / or delivery and / or procurement of spare parts for reasons beyond SCAIPL control. 4. SCAIPL would be free to exercise lien on the vehicle in case the customer does not pay any of the applicable charges as mentioned below. 5. The customer undertakes to pay by means of cash / demand draft only, the complete charge towards the service/ repairs carried out on the vehicle prior to taking delivery. SCAIPL regrets that cheque payments and credit facilities cannot be offered or extended 6. In the event of delay in taking delivery beyond 48 hours of advice regarding the completion of service/ repairs on the vehicle, the customer undertakes to pay an additional Rs. 250 per day towards vehicle storage charges. 7. In case of delay beyond a period of 7 days, the customer undertakes to pay additionally interest calculated at rate of 18% per annum from the date of the invoice to the actual date of delivery on the invoiced amount in addition to the applicable storage charges. 8. The customer would have to objection to SCAIPLL levying estimation charges of 10% of the estimated labour charge or Rs 500 whichever is higher in case the service/ repair job is not entrusted to SCAIPL after obtaining estimation for the same 9. In case of accident repair vehicle the customer undertakes to pay the entire repair cost prior to taking delivery of the vehicle, subsequent reimbursement, if any, from the insurance company would be made directly to the customer. 10. The customer / the advisor to ensure that all salvage/replaced parts, if any or collected by them at the time of delivery of the vehicle. SCAIPL would dispose all such uncollected salvage/ replaced parts as scrap and would not be liable for any subsequent claims for the return of the salvage/ replaced parts. 11. Practically if may not be possible to notice/record all the scratches, dents and damages that are present on the vehicle at the time of acceptance, the observation of SCAIPL service manager on subsequently noticed scratches, dents/damages would be final, acceptable and legally binding on the customer 12. The vehicles accepted for servicing and / or repair/collected, deliver, driven, tested ,repaired, stores as any be applicable, at the sole risk, responsibility and liability o the customers, this includes test drives done within/or outside SCAIPL premises. 13. The customer confirms having obtained the necessary insurance the vehicle, its accessories, other components and articles, any accidental to the vehicle, its accessories, other components and articles while in SCAIPL custody could be covered under such insurance. 14. The customer indemnifies SCAIPL against all claims, liabilities, risk and responsibilities for loss or damage to the vehicle ,property and/or life of any third party arising during the course of servicing, repairing, driving, test driving of the vehicle when it is in SCAIPL custody. 15. All disputes and difference raising between the customer and SCAIPL based on this vehicle acceptance/repair order form shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts in Bangalore only, in case a mutually acceptable amicable settlement is not arrived at between the customer and SCAIPL. 16. Force maejure clause would be applicable for all services offered by SCAIPL under this agreement, to the customer. ---PAGE END---
