    companies and large corporations as well as a diverse retail base and corporates from across the region.
     As lead manager and underwriter, SiCO's investment banking team was responsible for:
        . due diligence
        - the appointment of the registrar, allotment agent, receiving bank and paying agent
        : the drafting of the offer documentation
       - the submission of documentation to regulatory authorities for final approval of the IPO<
