   Objective:
             In our ongoing efforts to enhance communication efficiency and uphold privacy
             standards within our organization, we are implementing mandatory guidelines for
             the use of Telegram among all employees.
             Please adhere to the following guidelines regarding privacy settings in Telegram:
             Last Seen & Online:
                        Set your "Last Seen & Online" status to either "Everybody" (if contact details
                       of other AIQoD (GIBOTS) members are not saved) or "My Contacts."
             Group & Channels:
                       Adjust your "Group & Channels" settings to either "Everybody" (if contact
                       details of other AIQoD (GIBOTS) members are not saved) or "My Contacts."
                       This ensures smooth group management for business purposes.
             Calls:     Empowering Enterprises
                       Maintain your "Calls" status as either "Everybody" (if contact details of other
                       AIQoD (GIBOTS) members are not saved) or "My Contacts."
             These settings are crucial to maintaining our organization's communication standards
             and facilitating seamless interaction within teams.
             Please adhere to mentioned guidelines for effective collaboration.
